Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Mirai provides shipping within New Zealand and Australia.

*Please note, all orders placed after May 8th '24 will be processed after June 16th '24. Thank you for your patience.*

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. The below delivery times are from the dispatch date.

You will receive an email once the order has been dispatched. 

New Zealand

  • Free delivery on orders over 250 NZD
  • For orders below 250 NZD, a flat fee of 10 NZD will be charged at checkout
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1- 3 working days*
  • Includes tracking number

Australia

  • A flat fee of 30 NZD will be charged at checkout
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 working days*
  • Includes tracking number
  • Please note, any customs or import duty charges must be paid by the customer

Unexpected delays may occur i.e courier delays or customs, which are out of our control and responsibility.

Delivery address cannot be a PO Box. It must be a physical address where the package can be signed for during working hours. 

If an item is held for 7 days at customs or with the delivery provider with no response from the recipient it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Garments must be returned to Mirai within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Garments not returned in this time frame will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Garments must be in the same condition it was sent out (not damaged, altered or washed).
  • It must be unworn with tags on and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.
  • Please note, returns must be sent via tracked postage along with signature required for delivery. 
  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 1 working day. The amount will be credited to your account within 1-5 working days - depending on your bank and method of payment.
